It's Oscar season! Allan and Patrick dissect the nominations, looking at what films were snubbed and which maybe shouldn't have been nominated. Category by category, Allan and Patrick discuss who's in and who's out. From Amy Adams in "Arrival" to "My Life as a Zucchini" and the worst Logan impression ever, they take 'the Oz' and his picks for a spin.
And because they are tastemaker, they've created the first 'Podcast Trilogy'*. The next 3 weeks, all Oscars, all day.
*who knows...someone may have done a 3 part podcast before. Patrick didn't research it or have a list.

Allan and Patrick spend this episode discussing the series premiere of "Riverdale". "Riverdale" is a live-action update on the "Archie" comic series of old. With the update comes changes in characters and making it appeal to a younger audience...or at least appeal to Allan, who desperately wants this to become the new "Melrose Place".

They offer their take on the film, where it ranks in the Star Wars pantheon and even get feedback from others who've seen it as well. Even though they liked it, no film is perfect, so they also tackle where "Rogue One" left them wanting more. There are spoilers...because, well, how could there not be?!

In this episode Patrick, Allan and friends read the "Mash Up Christmas Special", taken from the Mash-Up Radio show on CougarRadio.net. As a child, Allan wrote a very short Christmas play. Upon finding out about this, Patrick decided to take the short two page play and make it into a Christmas Masterpeice. Enjoy!
